Impact of Hope International is a nonprofit organization committed to creating sustainable change through leadership development, community transformation, women and children empowerment, and humanitarian response. Founded more than twenty-five years ago, Impact of Hope was established with a vision of strengthening communities by investing in people. We believe that every individual possesses dignity, potential, and the capacity to contribute meaningfully to society when given the opportunity and support to do so. Over the years, our work has expanded across multiple states in India, serving communities through educational initiatives, leadership training, vocational programs, child development projects, women's empowerment initiatives, and disaster relief efforts.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that sustainable transformation begins with people. Strong leaders strengthen institutions. Healthy families strengthen communities. Empowered women and educated children create opportunities for future generations. Communities that are equipped and supported become resilient in the face of challenges. Rather than providing temporary solutions alone, we seek to cultivate long-term change by investing in leadership, education, capacity building, and community development. Today, Impact of Hope partners with local leaders, community organizations, educational institutions, and development initiatives to create opportunities that improve lives and strengthen society.
Together, they founded Impact of Hope International with a simple conviction: lasting transformation begins with people. Through leadership development, community initiatives, the empowerment of women and children, and humanitarian response, their work has touched thousands of lives across India. Murli Menon
Murli Menon is a leader, educator, speaker, institution builder, and co-founder of Impact of Hope International. With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, including as Vice President of a global IT company, he brings together leadership expertise, integrity, and a deep commitment to service.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Leadership Development from Mumbai University and has spent decades training and mentoring leaders across India and beyond. His enduring passion is to develop leaders of character, compassion, and vision who will strengthen communities and shape future generations.
Usha Menon
Usha Menon is a social worker, compassionate leader, institution builder, and co-founder of Impact of Hope International. She holds a Doctorate in Social Work from Bangalore University.
For more than three decades, her quiet leadership, compassion, and commitment to people have been central to the growth and culture of Impact of Hope International. Her passion for nurturing relationships, empowering women, strengthening families, and serving others continues to shape the organization’s work and values.
